IN-PERSON WORSHIP RESUMES
Under current restrictions churches are still permitted to meet for in-person worship. St Paul’s Primary School has indicated that they are happy to continue to host our meetings as long as we continue to follow the strict protocols we’ve had in place since restarting our gatherings in August. In short, we won’t be changing anything about our plans for the coming weeks unless there are further changes to the guidance. We will continue to gather for in-person worship at 10:15 on Sunday mornings and we will webcast our Sunday morning worship service on YouTube and Facebook for those of you who cannot join us in person.
Over the last few months we have become increasingly aware of the blight of racial prejudice in our nation and our community. As a church, we grieve with all in our community who have suffered this injustice. We are committed to being a church community that reflects the truth that Christ died for people of every nation, tribe and tongue. Christians of all backgrounds are all one in Him. So we welcome people of all backgrounds as Christ has welcomed us. We are also concerned to see people treated equally in society whatever their ethnicity. Therefore, we will pray and work to that end. As sinners ourselves who are daily in need of God’s grace and forgiveness, we ask forgiveness from anyone who has been hurt by our slowness to make our views clear.

In this is love, not that we have loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be
the propitiation for our sins.

Morning Worship: Sundays at 10:15
Evening Prayer (Zoom): 5:00
On the first Sunday of the month, instead of our usual evening prayer, we have our Church Family Prayer Gathering. This includes a short time of teaching and prayer for Children.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Immanuel Church is a community that is committed to welcoming people from all different backgrounds.
If you've never been to church before, or haven't been in a very long time, then you are most welcome to come and join us.
Our service consists of prayers, a message from the Bible preached by our Pastor, and singing in a large group. We welcome you to come and get to know us, have a coffee or tea, and participate in as much of the service as you like.
Dress is casual.
Jesus invited children to come to Him, and at Immanuel Church we want to do just that.
Families are very welcome at Immanuel Church. We want you to feel comfortable bringing your children to worship.
During our worship service children are encouraged to remain in the service with their parents. Coloring pages or paper is always available. There is also a room next to our worship space if you feel your child needs a few minutes to get the wiggles out. For school age children, we produce question sheets every week, called Fact Finders, to help them follow the sermon.
Immanuel Church Brentford was founded in 2016 as a daughter church of the International Presbyterian Church of Ealing. We are a congregation of the International Presbyterian Church, and exist to be a church that is In Brentford and For Brentford. We would love to have you join us for one of our worship gatherings on Sundays.
